REFLECTION ON HOLY SATURDAY VIGIL MASS THE EMPTY TOMB 30 MARCH 2013

empty-tomb

Imagine the delight of Mary and the other women as they raced to tell the news! Then Peter did the same and was also amazed, the unbelievable appeared to have happened. Let us savor this along with all of the meaning this gave to the other scriptures in the Old Testament, Christ was among us, risen, our King, Our Lord. Imagine what happened in your life when you discovered “your empty tomb”, that insight with faith that Jesus was risen, and He was inside you; available at all times; with unlimited, unconditional love for you. He had given everything of His humanity, and now made it clear he loves you divinely.

REFLECTION ON THE PASSION OF THE LORD GOOD FRIDAY 29 MARCH 2013

Crucified

Whatever images we conjure up in our minds they cannot put us in the place where Jesus was on this day. Totally man and totally divine, Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice bringing the pain and suffering of all mankind (sin) to His heavenly Father to atone. Let us place ourselves at the foot of the cross today, and pray for our own soul.

REFLECTION ON THE LAST SUPPER HOLY THURSDAY 28 MARCH 2013

The%20Last%20Supper

Jesus offers His servant hood to us by His example. Washing the feet of his disciples to show how they will have to minister with humility. As a servant of the people, as a servant of God. The betrayer amongst them, Judas is ready to move towards the darkness and away from the light. It shows that even among His disciples there will be ones ready to betray Him; let us never be one of those as we move towards the light of Jesus at The Last Supper.
