What a wondrous sight this must have been. When we get to recognize him in the Holy Spirit, may I have the courage to proclaim his presence.

How often do we see the Lord in others and not recognize it. The full revelation of his Incarnation and Resurrection was just becoming known to the disciples. Can you imagine their consolation in these moments.
