The time has come to choose as he calls.

I will do his will and his work always for his love.

REFLECTION ON THE DAILY GOSPEL 18 NOVEMBER 2011

Gospel narrated by Michael Cunningham

Jesus wants his house respected. There is no place for anything but love, respect and adoration in the temple.

The temple was taken over by those that disrespected him and the place of worship, and instead used it to glorify their own name. All glory in this world belongs to God and we should respect his wishes always.

Gospel Lk 19:45-48

REFLECTION ON THE DAILY GOSPEL 17 NOVEMBER 2011

Reflection on the Daily Gospel

Jesus could see what was coming. That he was going to be rejected by the Chosen People, the ones he had shepherded faithfully through the ages of the Old Testament.

He foresaw the destruction of the temple and the was mourning the loss of their love, and warned them of what was coming. We must also not believe that we can just go through life ignoring him or his work.

Rather we must prepare ourselves to be with in heaven him in eternity or we will destroy ourselves.
