Beware of those who will not give homage and honor to the Lord but rather want to take the credit or the worldly treasure for themselves. Rather do your works of honor in silence and quietly so that others may not notice, for God knows and sees all these sweet acts of mercy.

We are blessed in so many ways by God. We need to see him working in our lives on a daily basis. I see it in so many ways that it is sometimes overwhelming. I pray you may find the same.
REFLECTION ON THE DAILY GOSPEL 29 MARCH 2012
Jesus reveals his relationship with the Father and his rejected by the Jews who were listening. They plan to kill him for blasphemy against God and the prophets of the Old Testament, they are not listening for the Word, and so Christ knew he was to hide from them until his time had come. We can expect similar misunderstandings and persecution to occur as his Word is revealed today.
