Even after the unbelievable happened, those in the world wanted to keep their position and control over man and made up a lie to hide the Truth. Let us all rejoice in the truth and keep proclaiming it. Christ is alive.

The disciples were confused at what was happening around them. They did not understand Jesus’s words fully till after the resurrection. Judas camouflaged his deceit, and the disciples were confused as to how they would deny Jesus by the words he spoke. We are all called to deny him by others in this same way in our daily lives. Let us resist as we know the truth now. Christ lives in all of us forever.

The majesty of God is here in this passage from the Gospel of St. John. The reason and the truth of our creation. The mystery of God’s existence. His revelation and incarnation as Son of God. Let us dwell and reflect on his glory today as we consider these mysteries and pray for his loving guidance.
