Paint me a watercolor

Soft and dreamy

Give me meaningful strokes

That caress the image I want to enter.

 

Let it have trees and light

And a pathway

To somewhere they sell ice cream

And everyone is smiling

Even on rainy days.

 

Make the water soft as you paint the picture

And never let the colors fade

So I can watch it for hours

As I lose myself for another splendid moment

Savoring the time spent inside.
