Our choice remains clear. Jesus has saved us in mission on earth. Our sins have been forgiven, all that remains is for us to go to him and live out our lives the way he wants us to. Do we choose darkness or the light? He came from the Father and gives us all we need.

We might hear but don’t listen. We can see but we cannot understand. We might be in class but we do not learn. Such are our many ways to ignore the Word of the Lord. Let us pray that we may be more attentive to Him who we should submit ourselves completely for His glory.

When you hear others calling you to the fold, which fold are they inviting you in. The gate that Jesus talks of where The Good Shepherd will be there to protect you, or is it some other worldly invitation of praise, or glory for you own purposes. Listen attentively to the difference, as some will disguise themselves carefully to appear to be from the Lord, and are in fact the robber Jesus talks of to his disciples.
