Recognizing Christ was difficult for the Pharisees, they did not understand his language, that he was the Redeemer promised from the Old Testament. That he was here to save them from sin. How often do we recognize Christ in our fellow men during the day? Are we listening for his Word in our actions and thoughts?

Let us all accept the blessings and wishes of the Lord as obediently and lovingly as Our Blessed Mary ever Virgin. It is almost impossible to imagine this submission to God’s will, but it is good to remember that we are being asked to do the same, just in different ways in our lives.

Recognizing Christ is our lives is important. Defending him is even more so. Remember he will be there to support you and protect you from those that consider themselves righteous.
