Those who have been selected to deliver the message should be listened to. We all have that mission as Christians.
Those that don’t reject not just the messenger, but the Lord Jesus Christ and his heavenly Father.
There is a warning in the Gospel today for those that don’t do so.
We have not had the privilege of seeing Jesus, the completely Divine Son of Man on this earth.
But we can worship him, follow the Word made Flesh and await the rewards of our coming encounter with him in heaven in Eternity.
Gospel Jn 1:47-51
Some are called to follow but are reluctant.
He wants us to leave our entire life behind sometimes to change enough to follow the call.
Pray for the strength to hear the call and then respond selflessly.
