Beauty should be present in all acts,
Infused with goodness,
As living water,
Permeating all things,
Be they objects, acts or words.
Yet the beast arrives to spoil my recipes of good intent,
Disturbing the peace,
I was enjoying on God’s porch,
First in thought, enough to niggle,
Then in temptations, hard to resist,
As the beast connects them to good actors,
Making us question our thoughts and actions.
Yet, still beauty sits silently awaiting,
Full of moral goodness,
A love filled radiance, in all.
Only presented by God,
For our joy and peace.
